I did the Safe Food Handling Training here and the presentation and instructor were extremely engaging. The practice test was also very effective.My only critique is that they do not email your results (which would greatly reduce their carbon footprint and you would not need to wait a few weeks).There were some parts on the test that could have been covered more throughly.

Excellent training, I took the instructor first aid course. My trainer Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to either take any first aid courses or instructor training with Red Cross.

Had Jeff as an instructor for my CPR BLS recertification. He was great! The class is really small which is a bonus because then the instructor can pay attention to your technique and whether or not you know the content. Jeff was very personable and funny and I would highly recommend taking this certification with him.

7 of our team just finished CRP and First Aid training with Jeff. He was such a breath of fresh air. His main goal is to teach the information and to make it stick! He just did that with his knowledge and personality. He made sure we knew what was being taught and comfortable with the information. Great job Jeff!
