I ordered my wedding dress there and since the beginning there service was very good . The lady who was taking care of me was always very friendly, patient and helpful, However, the dress had a defect Chris and Chris' staff could not fix. At first they tried to convince me it was normal that the material is getting wrinkled in such a weird way. Only a week before the wedding the put me in touch with their seamstress, who was truly excellent. It turned out that they avoid sending their client to their seamstress simply because they pay her very little in comparison to what they charge.

Racist and rude seller. Overpriced shoes

I think every girl or woman that enters here, wants a dress for a happy occasion and a dress where she can truly shine and celebrate the special occasion. However, this all gets ruined by the rude and unfriendly staff that work there. A bit of friendly customer service is the least we ask for.Dresses are OK.

Such a bad experience.I read so many bad comments about this store but I wanted to give it a chance as well as I was desperate in finding some shoes. It’s all true: not only you don’t feel welcome at all, you feel you are disturbing just till the moment you said “I take it”. The prices are so high considering the bad quality of the accessories. I would never come back to this store.

Beautiful dresses and great service. More then a bridal store

I found this shop online and went there with my Belgian friend as I cannot communicate in French yet. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and made me feel comfortable to tell what I felt about dresses without hesitation. Each time I changed dresses to try on, she asked me how I felt in it and what she could improve to choose and bring more dresses that would satisfy my criteria. I researched beforehand which shape and what kind of design I wanted and brought a dress list with photos. The list and photos helped her a lot and she was efficient. Unfortunately I did not buy a dress there although I could find 2 potential dresses. (It was the first dress shop that I tried) I loved and appreciated her customer service.

Really unfriendly staff. We didn't buy anything and went elsewhere...

They make you wait forever and don't even look at you to say hi.
