Exemplary customer service and professionalism by all of the workers at Magnus Poirier on Sherbrooke. Mr. Normand Lacasse and Mr. Michel Gignac were present, attentive and highly competent. The moritician also did a great job at fixing/preparing the corpse for an open-casket viewing. They, along with other members of the team contributed to a very smooth transition of the entirety of the funeral services. As well, they were able to provide a dignified funeral from A-Z for my grandmother. Their support and attention was much appreciated during this sombre time. I would also like to thank the staff for making the funeral plannification process as simple as possible.
