Very mediocre quality, the bike had no mud guard which was disappointing and it wasn’t in the best shape. The helmet was quite old and worn too.

Staff always friendly and quick. The bikes are in acceptable state. Variety of hybrids and step through. Also they offer in line skates, which I strongly suggest if you are a skater. Don’t expect top of the line Bauer or Rollerblades. But they will get the job done. Value for money they are pretty reasonable.

We came at 2pm and were only proposed 2 rust bucket by a careless salesman. He didn't care about selecting properly sized bike and gave us two bike that you could buy to a local homeless for less money than we paid. We paid 67 CAD for an afternoon for 2.I had better service in a Thailand village..

Of all the rental companies we visited today, this one was the best. No queue, they didn't want a credit or debit card (tourists don't have a local card, didn't you think that?) we didn't have to pay any deposit. all you have to do is fill in the address, phone number and pay when you return the bike, so you don't have to say you're going for two hours and then you won't be able to make it. Just pay the time when you come back. Nice service, good prices, right next to the park. Locker included.

Super easy and friendly. Way faster than downloading and setting up the Mobi app for the other bikeshare. Plus, they gave us a discount for returning early. Highly recommend renting here and touring Stanley Park!

The owner of this shop came to my rescue when my tire popped on the sea wall nearby. Very quick and careful work and more than one could ask for on such short notice. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this bike rental shop if you’re planning to visit Stanley Park! I love how it is located conveniently along the sea wall and right at the entrance of the park - you can start your scenic ride immediately after you rent. The prices are affordable especially for the quality of the bikes that you receive. The bike I rented felt almost new (or very well maintained!) The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They help recommend routes to take and things to look out for. I was helped by Matt and he provided great customer service!
