I would not recommend this place at all. The salesmen (and managers) lack tact - they beat around the bush when asked direct questions about pricing, and resort to being rude to deflect. There is no excuse for unprofessional behavior. We've been buying furniture here for years and frankly I don't know why, it's been an unpleasant experience everytime. My family will not be giving them anymore business, I would rather go somewhere that is professional and transparent.

Not enough staff. When they finally did assist us, they couldn’t answer any questions. they had to look everything up on the computer. Finally when they did find the TV that I was looking for, they said sorry you have to go to another store

We ordered a couch and received it two days later by delivery and it was damaged. We rescheduled another delivery day for another couch, it was damaged as well. We went to get reimbursed at Brault & Martineau and the vendor was insisting on us to wait for the couch to come back in stock by the end of the month (when our vendor the other time clearly said it will only be in restock by the middle of summer). He kept insisting but we refused. Afterwards, he proceeded by making the reimbursement ALL on my credit card WITHOUT notice or asking my permission. (We had paid 1/3 of the amount by credit card and 2/3 with CASH).It was a horrible experience. Who would reimburse everything on a credit card when that wasn’t even the only payment method? Now how will I recuperate that CASH money….

It changed name to Tanguay. Lots of choices. Make sure to check your warranties for tv. Here they don't cover pixel burning while other places do.

They'll rip you off if you are not careful. Check everything. They did not honor a mattress warranty I've had, they've tried to replace it with another, cheaper unity.

I bought a washer and dryer back in October 2022. I received the washer in November 2022, but have not received the dryer yet and we are in January 2023. I tried to call customer service, as well as the sale representative (Andre Gagne) multiple times to get information as to the status of the order but get no answer, or but on hold forever. There is no way to leave a message (voice mail or email). Terrible after sale service. I seriously regret buying from Brault & Martineau. They used to be much better in the past.

Very dissatisfied with my experience... I went and purchased a sleeper sofa and paid for it in full on the spot and got a confirmed delivery date. Also bought for an extra $99 a stain prevention treatment to protect the fabric...On delivery, I receive a ripped box with a sofa which is definitely not new. Upon reaching out to customer service and sending photos of obvious signs of use on the new " furniture

What Can i Say! They're Professionals! You take a look around! and, when you need a Question to Ask! thay Come! Very Politely they will help you the best way they can! Delivery! is Free! They Delivered my Air Condition up to the Third Floor for Free! many other Places Won't do That! So Ya! I like the Place Alot! they have many Choices! and, good prices to! I Recomend it to everyone! Go Their! take a look! Relax! enjoy the Round! You Won't Regret it! Thumbs Up!!

Don’t waste your time! Everything they sell is made with such bad quality. You will be lucky if furniture lasts you more than 4 years. My kitchen chairs cost me 250$ plus tax each and after one year the legs were giving out. 4 years later and I’m buying new chairs because these look like they’re made from the dollarstore. Never giving this company money again.
