Frank from Visual Garage has been extremely professional and helpful when I didn’t receive my package. I ordered a shark fin antenna from him and unfortunately the Post Office lost the package. I emailed Visual Garage and had an email response quickly saying they will get another shipped out to me. With 2 weeks of that I received my antenna and it is an exact paint match to my car. I am very happy with not only the quality of the antenna I received but how awesome the customer service is from Visual Garage!

Great product and great customer service. Went from the awkward stick on my roof to a smooth fin. Reception is great, the color match is exact and the installation was very simple. Received follow up emails and assistance if needed, couldn’t ask for anything else. Will be ordering for my Chrysler next. Thanks guys!

great customer service!!my original order must have got lost in the post (not by fault of Visual Garage), and they sent a replacement no issues, even going to the length of using a different postal service to ensure there wouldnt be a repeat! They respond super fast and are super helpful, and the product looks great and works great too.

Ordered shark fin for my 2021 jeep cherokee 2 months ago and was really impressed with the color match. The antenna reception was also impressive. Didn't notice any difference between factory antenna.Thanks for a great product, Installation was very easy.Gary

Sorry to see so many bad reviews from a year ago, but my experience was very good and professional. I had been looking for a shark fin antenna to replace the OEM unit on my 2016 Kia Sorento. I carry a boat on my roof rack, and the original mast has to be removed every time I carry the boat. This antenna sits lower than the roof rack cross rails, and the radio reception for AM, FM and Sirius XM is excellent. Installation was very easy, thanks to the very precise instructions. I had emailed VG regarding some concerns with the antenna fitting over the original base before I placed an order, and I got answers right away. The fit and the quality of the paint job were excellent.From Frank's response to some of the complaints, I can understand how there may have been some issues due to his accident, but my own experience indicates that Visual Garage is a very reputable company with very good service and an excellent product.

I think the product looks great and I noticed no difference in my radio sound. I was concerned because my car is a 2013 and I wasn't sure about paint fade, but the antenna they sent me matched perfectly to my car. My existing antenna was bent because I have a kayak hanging down from the garage ceiling, but this antenna clears it fine so I don't have to make sure I'm over to the left when the kayak is on top. I would buy another.

Purchased a shark fin antenna for my grand Cherokee years ago. Very high quality product. Many years have gone by and i never had an issue. Paint matched 100% I am very happy with my purchase.
