I have a rug from here which I love, however, I had a poor experience with their pillow covering: the gentleman in the shop said I could hand-wash it in water; when I did, it let dye out everywhere in the sink, which made me wonder if it was going to do the same again and make a mess. I wish he had told me I should not hand wash it, but he said it was fine to do so: lesson learned.
