Athlete's Care Sports Medicine Centres - Vaughan

I went here after months at another with no progress. Sean Gill the physiotherapist here diagnosed me successfully in one visit and has been monitoring my recovery and prescribing an effective exercise regime.

I started receiving physiotherapy treatment at Athlete's Care, Maple from Brenda Lantz just over a month and a half ago. Brenda has been the best physiotherapist I have ever dealt with. She truly cares about your recovery and about you as a person. Not only has my recovery been a smooth process, I enjoy every session with Brenda. She has been supportive and like I said, very dedicated to improving my life through treating my injury with care. Love, love, love her - would recommend her to anyone!

I come for physio to see Brenda. She is exceptional and my experience at the Vaughan locatio is always great!

Mike D’Aiuto was instrumental in getting my mobility and gait to the point that I am walking straighter and without pain. The active release and other treatment modalities at the sessions including continued assigned exercises at home kept improving muscle strength. I now have the tools to continue at home with my physical therapy. I cannot thank Mike enough for the treatment he provided and the subsequent healing and strengthening of the lower limbs.

I was referred to Athlete’s Care in Vaughan by my orthopaedic doctor, before going to the clinic I was unable to lift my arm due to a serious rotator cuff issue. I had to cancel an appointment last minute due to testing positive for covid. Now I cannot rebook another appointment. I am guessing I should have just shown up and spread covid around then?

Athlete’s Care is a professional and pleasant environment. Everyone is very friendly. Sandro is knowledgeable and is helpful with physio therapy exercises. He supports with lifestyle changes that will help with lessening the frequency of injury.
