Had the septic tank pumped out after too long a period . Shaun was very persistent on doing a good job and wasn't satisfied until he had the tank totally cleaned up . Hard to find this level of service these days . Job well done .

DLK was super helpful in helping us get our tank cleaned, multiple times over a course of a few months while our bed was being repaired. Their staff was very friendly, efficient and informative. 100% will use them again and again in the future. DLK Outstanding emergency service!! Called every business in the google for emergency services due to our septic system flooding our basement on the weekend and NOBODY picked up their phone or called back after leaving our number. Even days later still no call backs from any other companies. The ONLY company that answered the phone right away was DLK Septic Services and the most helpful lovely woman named Kim who answered the phone and told me that she would make sure I was helped and would call me right back with a time. She even texted me to let me know exactly when the truck was on its way. They came out on a Sunday exactly on time and did a perfect job and the man was so friendly and helpful and fixed the problem so professionally and educated us so we would not have future problems. I would 100% recommend this company DLK over anyone else and will definately use them again in future for all our septic and plumbing issues. When a company says they do emergency services you expect to be helped and this company were the only ones who did anything and help us. Thank you so much !!! I would give 10 stars if i could. I have used DLK 2 times now. Any time I call them for a septic pump out. They send someone out very promptly. They show up on time. They have very reasonable prices and are very friendly.

Noticed that my septic tank was leaking. Shaun & coworker came that same day & immediately recognized & resolved the problem. I am grateful for their quick response & excellent service.
