I am writing this review from our experience with this establishment in 1980. My loving dad who back then was a newcomer to Montreal. We had a cable TV converter which was new but required service. My dad brought it there to be repaired. When we received it back, the converter box was ours but they gave my dad someone else's old used remote which had a label stuck to the back of it with channels written on it. My dad explained that our remote was new and looked nothing like the one he received back. The man at the counter said too bad this was your remote. My poor dad just accepted the old used dirty remote and left. How dare you trick a nice man. More recently, in 2016, my mom, who was battling a life-threatening disease, needed to have her Kenmore vacuum cleaner repaired. It was apparently not having any suction so it was not vacuuming. Having no where to get it repaired she brought it to mr. fix it. After having it looked" at for $60

Good to know that there is still someone out there that cherishes old appliances and is thrilled to rehabilitate them

Me Fix it polished a scratch on my watch case that no one else could correct - he is amazing !
