I had such a pleasant first visit with Dr. Adam today. His staff were so lovely and helpful. Dr. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. He made me feel completely at ease and he was easy to talk to. I highly recommend this clinic!

I had a wonderful visit he was very observant! Kept communication! A lot of doctors don’t.

Rated this 4 years ago. Just wanted to elaborate. The disappointment has stuck with me hardcore.Go to any other dermatologist. Especially if your skin condition is acne or acne-like and you're a woman.You'll be disrespected and given 30 seconds of their time and prescribed a basic cream that'll do nothing.I was so discouraged after coming here I never wanted to see another derma again since this was my 3rd, all men. All dismissive.Went to a woman derma years later and she was compassionate and actually treated me. Was eventually prescribed epuris and my skin is clear now.Was dealing with the pain since I was 9.Wish I searched for a different dermatologist sooner but this one was so rude and discouraging I thought I would always get the same treatment.

For the life of me I don’t understand the terrible reviews. Yes I had a lengthy wait, but the first words out of Dr Adams mouth was ‘Thank you for your patience’… He’s busy, people, you may have to wait. I found him to be kind, he explained (& put me completely at ease) what the marks on my face were, measured them, & took time with me.As for the two lovely receptionists, they were not rude, just trying to explain to people that the doctor was running behind.This doctor is no nonsense & will not put up with people being rude to his staff, & I applaud him for that. If I could give him ten stars I would.Thank you Dr Adam, you are a gem!

Dr. Adam is good, he treated me with respect and gave me a prescription three years ago. However, I recently moved and needed to get a new prescription sent over to my new pharmacy. At this point I've left 3 messages, can't get through to anyone at reception. Been trying for two weeks now, and nobody calls you back. The new pharmacy even tried calling and couldn't get through. Ridiculous! Getting a new prescription from my family doctor instead. Bye bye!

My experience with Dr. Adam was fantastic! The reception staff were so kind and talkative too. The Dr was patient, understanding and professional. He knows his stuff, he is quick and on the ball. Yes, long wait times on a derm appointment but he gets the job done and you’re in and out. He is kind and down to earth. I don’t understand why people leave the negative reviews. I have nothing to fault whatsoever.Thanks Dr. Adam for making my visit pleasant! Highly recommended.

All staff at the clinic were friendly and efficient. Dr. Adams took his time when seeing my mom. He was very kind and informative. Had a great experience.

It’s been years since I was last here but my visit today was great! So refreshing to deal with front desk staff that are friendly and seem happy to work there. I also appreciate Dr. Adam’s humour and he’s just kinda cool to deal with. Almost regret I don’t have to visit more often!

I was referred to Dr. Adam regarding my mild acne. On my first appointment he barely listened to what I had to say, and immediately tried to prescribe me one of the most severe acne medications. When i wouldn’t do that he gave me another harsh one which made my skin so much worse. During all of these checkups he kept prescribing me new products to use in addition to what i already had that were making my skin worse. Eventually I had a terrible reaction to one, which he said didn't believe me (my family doctor diagnosed it through bloodwork and a mini trial) and I decided to never go back. My skin has never been clearer.This review does not reflect the front desk staff as they were always friendly, answered my calls, and got back to me quickly!
