It didn't give me the option to give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. They constantly tell you they will send a technician" or "call you back". They never do. Definitely will not be my internet service provider anymore."

Have had problems every winter technision comes and resets the modem says its good, just upgrade to 300 internet had it for 4 hours the first day they upgraded then back to 40 download and we call and they say there is nothing wrong , its like buy a jug of milk that is half empty

If i could give no stars i would.Since slave lake cable changed to Eastlink it is garbage. Constantly going out and im sick of paying high data bills when my internet is out.You used to get same day service to resolve issues now it's days before a tech comes along.
