Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant
My husband and I chose Massimo's to celebrate our anniversary. We were met with an extremely helpful hostess who promptly seated us while making us feel like the only couple in the room. Our waitress, Ashley, can be summed up in one word phenomenal! Ashley was so kind, humorous, thoughtful, and helpful all in one. She made recommendations for our wine, to pair with the meals we had selected. She made recommendations for our celebratory dessert, as well as our dinner coffee. Everyone was amazing, from the hostess all the way up to the manager. However, Ashley was truly one of a kind, if you go, you'll be lucky to have any of the servers wait on you, but Ashley truly went above and beyond to make our evening special.

The buffet was delicious. Dessert amazing!!!!!! The views were so beautiful. This place could be the only place you go to see Niagra Falls amd you would still be happy. Indoor AC with great food and it has a small balcony you can go out on for great views.

Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant
We were a little early, but got seated anyway. We were seated by the enormous window overlooking the scenic falls(both sides), it was a spectacular backdrop to our meal. Our waiter (Blake) took our photos with the falls in the background. The pace of the dinner was fluent from appetizers to main course to desert. Our waiter Blake was attentive and made sure we were satisfied. I can’t rave enough about his customer service skills. We were celebrating a special occasion and dining at Massimo’s was the icing on the cake, well done!

Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant
We decided to try Massimo’s. We were welcomed from moment we went in. I have been to a lot restaurants, but this one by far was one of my favourite. Our server Justin was fantastic! Never had a server so polite, respectful and terrific customer service, all I can say is he went above and beyond!!!! Food was fantastic as well as presentation. Drinks were great. Restaurant went above even making us a special dessert once we told Justin it was our honeymoon weekend away. I will defiantly return next time I am in Niagara Falls. I highly recommend giving massimo’s a try, you won’t be disappointed. Sorry my pics are not the best.

Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant
Went here this evening with my boyfriend and had an EXCELLENT experience with our server Marko. Marko even offered a selection of things to do in Niagara. It’s my first time here in Canada and the entire experience at Massimo’s was 5 stars. From the first greeting out of the elevator to the end. Every dish was perfectly seasoned and the portions were quite generous. Will definitely be coming back my next time in the Falls! Highly recommend!

The view is spectacular and restaurant is lovely. Waiter was engaging and efficient. Food was not well balanced in my opinion. The bushette was very olive forward. My wife had the gnochi amatriciana which was too salty. I had mushroom cavatelli with double smoked bacon which I never got a hint of as mushroom flavour was too overpowering. This is sort off the off season but I was expecting a better balance in the majority of dishes. Safe to say Massimo had the day off on our visit.We did enjoy ourselves with the view and conversing with the awesome waiter, Marko.

If you need a spot to enjoy a peaceful evening dinner, this is your place!!I had a wonderful experience at Massimo's! Spent an evening at this restaurant while enjoying a beautiful view of the Falls! The chefs and the servers took care of every need from diet requirements to being made comfortable at the table.The mushroom cavatelli and tiramisu were my favourites!Thank you to the entire team for a memorable evening!
