Wonderful service! Drove from Ottawa to pick up a bike. Well worth the drive. The whole interaction with Pascal beginning with emails up to bike pick up was superb. His customer service is fabulous. Highly recommend this store!

Found this gem of a store last year during the pandemic trying to find a bicycle for my wife. The owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed purchasing at this store even thought it is 40 minutes away from my house in Montreal. Was so impressed with the service that I went back again this year to purchase a bike for my son. Store is a bit small compared to other stores but not be fooled since hey have great products and especially awesome service!

We’ve purchased three high-end Mountain Bikes and a Thule bike rack from Village Cycle Hudson as well as used them for repairs and servicing. Pascal and his team are fair, efficient and always ready to help you out in a pinch. I’ve dealt with numerous bike shops around Montreal and this is the only one I truly trust to give me proper service without any fear of being ripped-off or abused. Support local.
