Absolutely had the best experience over at this store in Trinity Commons. Had a rental package for my wedding with nothing but compliments for my tuxedo and that of my groomsmen . The manager here was a delight in meeting all my demands by any means necessary. Will definitely be visiting this store more often for the A1 service

I visited Moores at Trinity Common Square last week on Tuesday, and my experience at Moores for the first time buying work clothes for my new career has exceeded my expectations.I took a look at the Google Reviews up ahead of time before I visited this Moores store, and originally, I was not impressed with the one star reviews, and I was starting to get very worried with doing business with this store when it came time to visit them.However, I had the opposite experience because when I visited the store, I was greeted by a professional, knowledgeable, and experienced female employee at the front desk, and I explained to her my situation, saying that I am starting a new job soon, and I never bought dress clothes in the past because if I needed them, I always rented them at a place that went out of business.I told her that since that store closed, the next best option was Moores, and that I heard great experiences about this company with friends and family, so I was willing to give their store a try for new work clothes that I needed within a few weeks.I told her that I needed help with buying affordable business casual work clothes that fitted me comfortably for my athletic build and followed dress code since I was going to buy many pairs of dress shirts and pants that covered me for the week.She was more than willing to help me, and she told me to follow her inside the store to find the clothes that I needed for my job.When we were walking around the store to find business casual dress shirts, dress pants, and a pair of comfortable soft black dress shoes that accommodated my very wide feet, she measured my neck, arm length, leg length, and my waist at the dressing room platform, and she selected a pair of clothes for me to try on, and they were two different types of dress pants that she handed to me, and she already knew that I would prefer one type of dress pants over the other given my large legs.These two different types of dress pants are the slim fit dress pants, and the straight fit dress pants, and when I tried on both pairs of dress pants inside the dressing room stall, I told her that I preferred the straight fit dress pants for more leg room, and more pocket space, given that with my athletic build, my legs are wide, and my waist is smaller, so she already knew how to accommodate my body shape without me even telling her, which impressed me, and exceeded my expectations as a customer.She also helped me find dress shirts that accommodated for a wider than average neck, back, and a larger than average chest, and shoulders, which was a big help for me, and made me happy.She then introduced me to her manager who was a tall man who was also very professional, knowledgeable, and very experienced who explained to me the whole process of how my clothes would be tailored to fit me, then proceeded to insert a pin at both the ends of the arms and legs to indicate where adjustments are needed to make sure that these clothes are fitted perfectly.Before I proceeded to pay for my new pairs of dress clothes that will last me for the whole work week, he handed me such high quality dress shoes that matched my size and width of my feet and my style so perfectly that I was in disbelief because all I mentioned was the size of my foot, and he knew exactly what style I was looking for, so I had to buy these shoes on the spot since they were so elegant, and it was like he read my mind.I will now visit this store again this Wednesday to try on my new work clothes after they have been tailored, and I have to say that my experience at this location so far left me so impressed to the point where I was questioning the one star reviews from other customers who stated that they had bad experiences.From my own personal experience, I would highly recommend this location to any friends or family who want professional dress clothes at an affordable price that are fitted perfectly, comfortable, and are looking for people who value the customer experience and attention to detail more than making a profit.

The staff were very helpful and insightful when it came to choosing patterns and colour for a suit rental for my wedding. Even though the store was incredibly busy the staff performed beautifully under stress and got me in and taking care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend going there for all your suit needs.

This is the best moores that I've ever been to. The staff are really friendly and take the time to help me out. I always love coming here. The heartland location should send their staff here for training because they were awful when I went last year

The last time my husband goes to Moores. Just couple months ago he bought there a pant and due to rushed situation couldn't stay to have the alteration done. Well, finally he had the time and opportunity to go there today. He entered to the store and an employee and the manager started asking unnecessary questions about dry cleaning. Finally, my husband was able to get measured the pants but the employee wanted to charge my husband for the tailoring plus the pants! He told to the employee you saw me coming in with the pants in hand" and the employee had to talk with the manager

So nice inside! The clearance deals is where it’s at! They need more staff but yeah my dad got a fitted suit for a good price!

I had to wait a fair bit to pick up a suit, even though there didn't seem to be anyone else in line. Otherwise, the service was good and the suit itself was very nice!

We had a wedding party to get suited from Moores. My bride and groom made arrangements with Moores for us to be fitted. On arrival this store did not have any sizing available in our colors for us to try on during a scheduled groomsmen appointment. They kept telling us we had to order our suirs online and have it delivered. They didn't even bother to check if these were even available or in stock online.After messing around and trying on similar items to get the sizing correct, I went online and tried to order my items to only find out they have no stock. The lady didn't even check online to see if they had stock and kept repeatedly telling us to order online. When I showed her the results her reply was Oh...it's not in stock" this is after being there for over an hour!!!Seeing the mass panic and fear setting into our bride's eyes

Absolutely great shopping experience from this store. Wardrobe consultant Rick Armstrong is the man to deal with. He has over 42 years experience in clothing so he recommended me my matching shoes and shirts quickly, making my shopping easy.
