No hassle and extra helpful! Marty is professional, knowledgeable and won't nickel and dime you. My sister referred me and he fixed my tub within a week. When i had questions about usage he was very responsive even when off the clock. I recommend him hands down, no questions asked!

We recently purchased a home with a hottub and as new owners have had no manuals on how to properly use it. Some parts broke down and we were recommended to contact Marty for help. Quick response and very knowledgable with what he is doing. Sometimes, this business can lead to unreliable service or dishonest people. I cannot say enough about how honest Marty is with his work. He sets the right expectation up front and does not try to oversell anything. He is honest with his work and i highly recommend anyone looking for all spa related services. Will be our go to guy for all spa related services going forward.

We have had Marty come out to our place a couple of times and each time has been a great experience. Marty is prompt in returning calls and getting the job done. He is also sure to make sure work is done a the least expensive cost to the customer. He isn't a simple replace the part guy and takes the time to figure out what is wrong. Highly recommend No Hassle Spa for any hot tubs requirements you have.

Had a problem with my hot tub after I filled it. It was a Sunday so I sent Marty a text because I didn't want to call him on a Sunday. He phoned me back within 5 minutes on his day off. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommend his services.
