I first met Ty and Estate Mechanical when I had an issue with my hot water tank. Ty attended and did what he could to keep the tank working. He said if the burner goes out again its my dime. Well sure as heck it went out again the long weekend in September 2018. Ty showed up at my door and started the tank again. It was at that time I asked Ty to just replace it. His sons also replaced a toilet and fixed an odor problem I had since moving into the duplex. Ya see I live in the rural area, but on City services. Its a great area. I was so happy with their service. When I had a problem with the furnace in early March 2019, it was Ty to the rescue . Turns out one of the fan motors needed replacing. Thank you to Estate mechanical for all their help and knowledge. Great to work with , and just a great team to be around.
