If there is anyone feeling “stuck” or “lost” regarding their health condition, I highly recommend Kelly’s Clinic. You will not be disappointed; more likely, you will be amazed. Just one week ago, I did not know which way to turn in the medical system, having received a diagnosis, not knowing what was happening with my body as the pain intensified, and being told that the wait list for my condition would be at least one year. A good friend directed me to Kelly’s Clinic. In this one week, Kelly has worked tirelessly to complete a thorough intake, gather all my relevant medical data, consult with other professionals, guide and requisition next steps, and communicate with me throughout. With the capacity to prescribe and refer, and an efficiency that I have never experienced in any medical system anywhere, she has expedited the entire process. Along the way, Kelly has been transparent with all the data, so that I have become more educated about my condition, which has eased my fears and empowered me to make informed decisions. As well, knowing the medical system inside and out, Kelly has navigated and advocated so that I am no longer “lost.” I now have direction, hope, and knowledge about how to proceed. I also have an appointment with a specialist, scheduled for next month. This is why I am amazed. Kelly knows what she is doing, she really does care, and she really does get results. Kelly is open-minded and client-centred, not afraid to take risks (with the client’s approval), and got my full pregnancy work-up (which my GP had failed to do) completed within 2 weeks—medications, blood-tests, ultrasounds, and ob-gyn referral.Even more importantly than that however, I felt listened to, seen and heard in a way I have not once in my life felt from any other doctor, specialist or NP.I highly highly recommend Kelly as she will go above and beyond to find solutions, and follow-up with you quickly and effectively until you have what you need.Thanks Kelly!
