Came in to purchase some supplements and the staff there were really helpful, answering and explaining everything very thoroughly. They were very friendly and just a great atmosphere in general. I would highly recommend to go check it out.

Honestly usually good customer service this guy josh is always really professional and gives great information. But one time came to the store while they were open and the front door was locked? I knocked on the glass and this tall white guy came out from the back with no mask. When I entered the store it felt like I was being rushed out, was horrible customer service experience and awkward Hope they have more staff members like Josh in the future would give 5 stars if they did.

I've recently switched from GNC to Bulldog and I will never look back. Firstly, the variety of products in the store is second to non. They have all trust worthy brands and big name brands in the industry. Secondly, Their customer service is amazing. Everyone their is super friendly and are extremely helpful. Even if you just need tips or some guidance the employees have definitely been in the industry long enough to get you on the right path. On top of this, when I went into the store, the employee working made a clear effort to follow all covid guidelines and insured me that the store has been properly sanitized.

Had a great experience at this location for 15 years. New management reduced my membership discount stating hes not as busy as he use to be. Bringing my $200 a month to another store who can appreciate my business and not cry over 5%.

I would highly recommend this place. Great place for all your supplement needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went to buy only pre workout bought couple more things because of awesome customer service i received.

So I was recommended by my girlfriend to visit Bulldog Nutrition for my protein powder and vitamins as she shops with them. I usually purchase online since it always ends up being cheaper. I must say I was very impressed with the selection at Bulldog Nutrition in Vaughan. Also the prices on all my products were the same as online or even cheaper (I checked on my phone while in store) , which really surprised me. The manager was very helpful in answering all my questions. Not pushy at all trying to force me into buying a certain brand or product. Also as a new customer I received a shaker cup, tshirt and a bunch of samples. My total was cheaper than online and I received lots of help from their knowledge staff. I definitely recommend them, great service and cheaper prices than online. 5 out of 5 in my opinion.

This is my favorite supplement store. Customer service is excellent, and they have a much better variety of products than GNC. When I was there, the store was clean and COVID guidelines were being followed. They also have a great website and very fast delivery.

Came in just to look around, and Jacob was able to help me out and had a nice chat with him. Gave me great advice on what supplements would suit me best, along with his own experience with certain ones. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable about the supplements. Would recommend this place to anyone who is into fitness.

Honestly i'm shocked at all the good reviews. This location in particular has horrible customer service. On multiple occasions there machines were down and couldn't pull up account info to use points. Yesterday i go in to buy pre-workout, and i kid you not, the employee grabs a pre work out and says i like this one because it has 400 in it" i assume he meant 400 mg of caffeine. Before i check out i grab some bio steel electro-lights from the 40% off counter in the back. Employee tried to charge me full price.. i had to tell him it was 40% off... "ahhah my bad bro"... ya.. your bad bro.On top of poor customer service
