Awesome service, had many questions about my first puppy and the person there explained to me in great detail how the food affects the puppy and suggested different healthy brands of food based on their nutritional value. 10/10 would ask for help there again.

We got in the store 5 minutes before closing and the cashier was as professional and patient as though she hadn't been on her feet all day. They tend to *ALWAYS* be friendly and courteous and it's a pleasure to shop there

Terrible customer service ! I was there Saturday afternoon, not only did I have to lift the heavy dog food bag but I had to lift the litter box as well. The cashier looked frustrated and having a bad day I guess. She never offered to come around the counter to scan the items. To top it all off one young employee was leaving and an elderly lady leaving with heavy bags was not even asked if help was needed and the female young employee walked out not even holding the door ! Wow ! I think some employee’s need to be coached by manager.

Big store with lots of different available products! Went there and was able to fibd the perfect cat tree right away at a great price and the people there were extremely kind and helpful! Will definitely come back for all my other cat needs!
