I am not a customer nor would I be. The drivers constantly left big patches of snow in the middle of the street. I drive over a section of this and it caused damage to my vehicle. A neighbour witnessed this as well as the driver leaving the snow in the road. Spoke with the owner, have him a quote how much to fix my car (under $200). He said he would get back to me and never did. I tried calling multiple times and he ignored all of my calls and voicemails. If someone handles themselves and a business like this, I couldn’t trust them for their service.

They do a fantastic job. A little confusing the first time but remember ther allot of driveways out there. The rest of the season is amazing this will be my fourth year.

I called on Dec 06We received feedback that they would be sending us a form to fill.Been calling daily and NO response.When we had the snow storm The owners son was passing by and we spoke with him he kindly cleaned out driveway and said he send the paperwork on Monday. It Friday today. No luck.A zero star for responsivenessHeathet

I had then in previous years and good service. This year if they come once, around noonish, I am lucky. I have to clear my own drive to get out in the morning. And I have to clear it again later or the next day to clean up after the city. Have reached out to the phone number with messages repeatedly but no response. They do not answer their phone either and told me previously ‘don’t email ,just message, we don’t check emails often and not when we are out working”. I’d advise you to look elsewhere.

This people passed my drive way and did not do it. They did for the other people in the street. I have called over 30 times and when he picked twice he said he is coming but they stopped picking my calls. I stood outside my house with the snow falling for an hour because I thought he was coming back. They have a poor customer service

We have tried other companies but these guys are RIGHT ON IT. We have had two major storms in two weeks and they were ON IT ! Multiple passes and some how come after the plow went by !

This company has done an amazing job this year. I wake up to a cleared driveway and don’t have to worry about suiting up and getting the snow blower or shovel ready. The owner answers the phone or calls me back right away. They have cleared my driveway twice so far in five hours during this snow storm. I highly recommend Blow Snow Removal!
