Eastern Fence Limited

We just had a large chainlink fence installed by Eastern fence and I don’t have a single complain. They were quick to provide a quote, kieran came on site within a day of calling me and was super nice and helpful. Marc then provided us with a very quick and convenient installation time. The workers then made quick work of the installation and the fence looks absolutely fantastic.Would absolutely recommend this company to anybody, we could not be more satisfied!

Very happy with my new fence! I just had a big 6 foot chain link fence installed for my dogs. They worked with my schedule and even showed up early. The fence was done in 2.5 days just as they predicted and they built it to my exact specifications. I live along a busy highway so this fence has been a life changer for us. I can finally let my dogs out to play for hours and have peace of mind knowing they are safely contained. Happy dogs, happy owner.Things they can improve on would include email communication, sometimes you have to send 2-3 emails before getting a response, and they did not explain the pricing system so the fence ended up being more expensive than anticipated and more than I had budgeted for it.Overall a positive experience with a few small glitches, will use them again for future fencing needs.On a side note: I did also purchase a dog kennel from them. The kennel is very high quality and exactly what I wanted, but was very, very difficult to set up even with 3 people. So difficult in fact I would’ve paid extra to have them install it for me if that was something they offered. Hopefully something they will consider offering in the future!

They found what I was looking for and ordered it . It arrived in 2 days . Quicker that anticipated !!

These guys are Pros. Great experience start to finish. Quality work throughout and super responsive. We had delays on our end and they were accommodating to help us where they could. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My name is Maurice and I can’t say I had a great experience. Took me weeks to set up an appointment playing phone tag with a rep. Even got cancelled on once, but kept playing phone tag.I finally get him out to look at my fence and I’m told they will not repair my fence. A fence company would not repair my fence lol no options to build new, no negotiation just “thanks, have a great day.” Now let’s forget about how silly that prospect is and focus on how they strung me along for weeks playing phone tag only to waste my time. 1/5

Great team, and great product! Three very polite, professional and hard working fellows appeared right on time and got our challenging fence set up in one day. Terrific workmanship, so accommodating - highly recommended. Thanks, guys!!

Showed up on time as promised and installed my fence quickly. Looks great and left my property tidy with little sign of them being there. Full marks for a great job!

I can't say enough positive about this company. They were prompt, professional and gave me exactly what I wanted. They helped me design and figure out what would best work in my yard.I've added on to a fence they previously installed and they were quick to make sure that any winter snow damage was repaired to perfection and everything looks brand new! Snow tractor made a mess of one section and they were quick to come repair it. From the telephone service, sales staff and installers, this company is tops in it's field.

I have no idea how fencing works or how the process is done, as I believe most people don't. This place gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, from the jump, so much so I did not even want the estimate in the end. I called and asked for a ballpark estimate, the girl transfers me to the sales department who then gets all my info, tells me a guy will go check it out and will give me a call. Two weeks later, still no call, so from work, I call back and ask for an update, once again get transferred around and get told someone will call me.Then the rudest guy I've ever encountered calls me back barking right off the bat. He says he can be there in 20 minutes, I say I'm at work unfortunately, but will be home after 4pm. This guy barks 'What? Well my guy told me you were chomping at the bits to get this done and you're not ready??' All I did was calmly call for an update after 2 weeks of waiting for a call back. This is a service that costs 1000s of dollars and this is how your staff talks to customers?? I was too intimidated and agreed to a meeting with him after 4pm, and then called the receptionist to tell her that their employee needed to get some serious manners and to cancel everything. I gave her all the details and my info AGAIN, and I didn't get a call back, I am writing this the next day. An Eastern Fences manager called me this morning to quote: 'Apologize that you did not get along', gave the excuse that the guy was not a regular worker and would barely let me speak and obviously did not care by his tone, and just did not want to be bothered. And, of course, did not offer any compensation. Eastern Fences is a terrible company with terrible customer service, they should be ashamed of themselves! If you expect people to pay thousands, you better come correct! I called Wilson's Fencing, the woman gave me a rough estimate in 5 MINUTES!! Everyone should go with Wilson's or Maritime Fencing!!EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY BELOW : Apologizing for me being upset is not an apology. I am not upset, I am calling out bad behavior. You should apologize for giving bad service, not for us 'Not getting along' when your guy was rude and your receptionist seemed to know exactly what I was talking about. You need to acknowledge the mistake your people have made, apologize for that specifically, and not put blame on the customer. That would make matters much better, instead of digging deeper by trying to make the other party seem overly dramatic. Your ongoing behavior and terrible handling of this situation starting from two weeks ago are the only things escalating matters

The installers were a wonderful team of guys . Clean and professional . The sales team was wonderful . Tom was extremely accommodating and great to work with . The fence is solid and I enjoy it very much . Thank you .
