The place is clean, service is good, and most importantly, the boba is good. The drinks are overprice and there is no WiFi. This is a great place if you wanna take out right away, but not as much if you want to sit for a little longer.

This location is clean and fairly fast but inconsistent. Sometimes the slush is very chunky, pearls are hit or miss here and in general the Chatime franchise doesn't have the best quality drinks. Service is friendly.

I ordered 4 large drinks for my family and I. The one I drank was taro smoothie. It has no taste. It was extremely diluted.. very disappointing. Normally I like this store, since it’s near my home.

Previously, I've had some pretty subpar experiences at this location. Typically, I find it to be extremely busy, which causes the staff to struggle to keep up and are a little dismissive as a result.My most recent visit was the most redeeming of recent memory as the staff at the register, Vivienne I believe, was very kind and helpful. I ordered a Matcha Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly, as well as a crème brulée macaron by their recommendation, and was pleasantly surprised by the latter!Can hope that the quality of service stays at this level going forward.

THE WORST service on a regular basis. Don't bother with online orders cuz they only start making the drinks when you arrive in store and you have to wait despite the notification that you get with an approximate pick up time and despite having already paid for the order through the app. This happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Remind your employees that online orders should be ready within a time frame or remove your location from the app so customers know that ordering ahead of time is not available.

So many reasons for 1 star.It’s always a long wait whether you order in store or through the app, customer service is always terrible, one drink in my order of 2-3 is always made incorrectly therefor I always have to drive back to fix it, their app and online ordering rarely goes through for this location. Is it me or has the quality gone down too? Seems more watery, given the raised prices. I’ve also noticed that when I order brown sugar pearl milk tea, I just get regular pearls.

If you're in the area looking for BBT this chatime is a must!By the time I finished paying, my order was done. 2 drinks. Paid for and then ready...That's all I have to say, literally fast service is best when you also get fresh tapioca and the milk tea is fresh.Amazing work guys!

Used to like this place when they gave a good amount of tapioca pearls.Now they cheap out, give less than a 1/4 of a cup. Basically just paying for $7 cup of tea. Would rather pay $2 at Tim Hortons.Not sure if it's just this location... but hope they can switch back to decent portion sizes.

Pretty good Chatime location, they have decent service speed drinks are served relatively quickly and they’re able to keep the line moving. The staff here are very friendly and are very knowledge able about their bubble tea/boba drinks. It can be hard to find a seat during the peak hours as it’s usually swarmed with groups of teenagers. But during the off peak hours this place could be a cozy spot to bring a date for a quick drink. The atmosphere here is nice. They have really modernized chairs and tables with a really unique wall as a backdrop. Would come again but most likely to take my drink to-go.

Consistently good bubble tea store. Staff are friendly. This location was very busy on the weekend i visited, even with 5 or 6 staff running around and hustling hard. So give yourself a little time if you're planning on visiting.
