Never smile or say good day. Can't do math without the till. Slow slow service. Just order a plain bagel with herb and garlic was told no plain balls but they had 4 cheese. Ok 4 cheese toasted with herb and garlic. We ended up with a cinnamon and raison with plain cream cheese . Not what we ordered.

I was on drive thriugh today akready wait for 10 minutes and asked for a crossabt and a medium coffee 3 cream 2 sugar and when i got the coffee it was written 2 cream 3 sugar i pointed right away and they gave me same coffee after adding 1 cream in it and it was so sweet because as they gave me same coffee back, i take coffee every day and they just cheated me by providing the same coffee. I come to that drive through everyday but this service was very bad.

Lunch time is very busy, but my wait was still less than 10 minutes. Was not interested in dining in as it was way to crowded.

Pretty good. Downtown Napanee is not the most welcoming of places. But its right by a very beautiful park

So tired of not getting what I pay for!! Its so bad that I usually have to say when buying a French vanilla can u please fill it up..no foam". Then again today I get home and look at my drink and this is how low it is!!! Not acceptable in my opinion."

Exceptional BLT with mayo. Sorry to say... I ate it all, so none for you. But, they'll make you one and it will be exceptional too. If not, they simply liked me better because I made em' smile. :)

We ordered 2 medium DD and the cups were 3/4 full and 1 was just cream. We usually have great service but today was not the day.

I ordered a decaf double double, told me they didn't have any....so l said then give me a reg but put 3/4 coffee rest hot water....he didn't understand ask me 2 more timesThen a girl comes on says they have decaf l said perfectI get to window, no decafI said just give me my money back, l still have to wait for someone to come do thatIt's a coffee shop, why would you run out, pots should always be brewing

Clean and easy access. Tried the new oreo donut, pretty good. Would give them a 5 star rating but the donuts are not fresh baked anymore.
