My bunny has been having hay from Freshay his whole life! William is always very mindful of the hay quality, and often gives a call to inform about when the hay was harvested, when the next shipment is coming in. I really appreciate the transparency and recommendations (don't get this one now because its been around for a while, wait another week for the new shipment, or do you want to try this other similar cut instead? other customers have enjoyed it).I can always count on them to make sure we get the best hay. To top it off, my bunny loves the hay :)

The quality of Freshay's hay is incredible, my bunnies are addicted! I appreciate how much care William has put into running this business. I've had two occasions where the delivery company failed to deliver at my house (at no fault of Freshay, delivery companies tend to hate delivering to my building for some reason), however William looked into it for me and helped solve the issue. I am incredibly thankful to be with a company who really cares about their customers. Truly recommend Freshay to anyone looking for high quality and affordable hay!

I purchased the budget friendly" timothy hay for guinea pigs. Ordering process was simple and delivery was prompt with lots of notifications. Really cool how it arrives and its just a large box packed full of hay. Guinea pigs love the flowerheads and long stems. Not much chaff like in the regular pet store packages."

Wish I found them sooner! I was purchasing timothy hay from abother store. But each order I get it was getting more brown. I ordered twice from Freshay and both times they were green and my bunnies are loving it. They provide awesome customer service as well. I will continue purchasing from them.

My buns are obsessed and don't like eating anything else. Due to money shortages and then a shipping error they went without freshays 1st cut Timothy hay for about 2 weeks. In the meantime I tried two other brands and one they wouldn't eat and then other didn't do well with their stomachs. As soon as I opened the box Milo started binkying and then all three went crazy as soon as I gave them a handful. it's been hard to get them to eat the other hay and I'm so glad they love this stuff. Great customer service too even though it was the shipping providers fault for the delay. 11/10 recommend

Wish I knew of Freshay sooner, I've been a rabbit parent for almost half of my life and getting quality hay, of the freshness, consistency and nutritional profile has always been a uphill battle.Often I forget how picky our rabbits can be when it comes to hay, it isn't because of taste but their way of telling us what type of fibre or nutrition they need. Oxbow from the pet stores is usually a go to safe bet but for pickier eaters and rabbits at earlier or later stages in life you just can't bet on the ungraded yields that the big labels bag up. I've had amazing fresh second/third cuts from pet store/Oxbow but you just can't count on it for consistency.Freshay and William clearly understand the need for fresh hay and a 6lb, in the desired cutting and variety of hay, bag provides more edible hay that your bun or furry family will actually eat than tossing most of the bag away because they won't eat it.
