Top Metal installed a standing seam roof on our home. The finished product is beautiful & far exceeds our expectations. John & his team are good, respectful & hard working people; we will miss having them around. Lastly the price was very fair.Highly recommended based on our experience.

Was unsure about the value and benefits of Metal Roofing until I met Paul. To begin, Paul was a class act from the very 1st visit. He took the time to fully explain the benefits and options of Metal Roofing, all without the sometime annoying Sales Tatic pressure. My wife and I have been really happy that we went this route. 1st off the roof looks beautiful, exactly what we envisioned. Secondly the crew did an exceptional job. They started exactly when they said they would and was very professional and courteous during the entire install. Cleaned up during and at the end. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy the look of my beautiful new roof. As an added bonus their pricepoint was the most competitive that I was able to find out there. We selected the people at Top Metal Roofs to install the roofing on our new 850 sq ft garage that I'm building myself. I'd intended to install the roofing myself but snapped two tendons in my shoulder so had to go on the hunt for a company that'd be as careful as I would've been had I done the work myself.I ended up choosing Top Metal due to their excellent reviews and especially because they've done an excellent job on their website in showing that they do things the right way.The roof is now done, and they were just excellent, from the quoting, the (clearly) highly trained professional installation crew and cleanup I can't find a thing to complain about. The membrane that they put onto the roof was of very high quality, the wood slats were carefully and securely installed, and the attention to detail every step of the way was just excellent. On top of that the entire crew of 3 men were fabulous. Overall it took them just over 4 days (as they said it would) and we're so so happy to have the roof done in time for winter!I highly recommend them and will be using them for the roof of our home in the next year or two as well..
