FedEx Ground Terminal (Not Open to Public)

Went there a pickup a package for a friend. The staff who attended to us was cool I guess. You're not allowed into the building so you have to wait at the gate for them to come give you your stuff because of covid. That has its pros as it looks like quite a walk inside but cons for the staff if it's a heavy package

Worst delivery company hands down. I've watched the truck drive by my house and post a customer not home notice" online. Today received a notice that driver was "unable to collect payment"

I visited the facility as I was routed here by Fedex Express center to send my package via Ground. The staff was clueless on how to send package and advised us to contact customer service. I don't know how Fedex is managing their business when there is such a mismatched coordination between two Fedex facilities. I am still cluelss after spending entire day to figure out how to send my package to USA via ground. Such a shane

Worst company to ship with. I will not buy anything shipped with fedex. Constant delays with no reason. No customer service. Not mention charging you 2 months after the delivery.

Terrible as promised. Had a door tag on my door first attempt, second attempt they didn't even attempt to deliver package and left a door tag outside of my building. Called to complain since delivery man took off quickly... they said they would be coming back! Hooray! Nope! Apparently when i called back after two hours they do not do second deliveries in the same day, so i was lied to by customer service. I tried to schedule a time for them to reattempt a delivery they said they do not do that.

Cambridge FedEx Driver lied about making delivery attempt. I was at home with security camera live feed, and with their stated time of attempt nobody came or went. If you want to lie about doing your job at least be a better liar. Customer service was a nice person who helped me make a note and hopefully the driver will come back around soon.

Terrible experience. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Had 3 packages waiting there for us. Handed over 3 delivery slips - was told there was only one in the facility (though later found out all 3 had been there the whole time). All 3 delivery slips were taken and not given back. Later, without the tracking numbers (that had been on the slips they took) they were unable to find our packages. No information whatsoever linking my name or address to the packages there waiting for me? Hard to believe. Customer service did nothing to help. I was left to call every place I had ordered from to try and determine which package was there waiting for me in their facility - they did nothing to help.

Awful experience with their delivery service!This is not the first time and that's why I'm pissed and rating it one star!So apparently it is a normal practice for them to just leave a 'Door Tag' without even trying to contact a customer who happen to be home at time of attempted" delivery

I decided to write a review, as this is not my first bad experience with this location. When you track your order it will say it arrived here, then it will say it will be delivered the next day, yea, well that turned into three days later, then on Friday I got a message saying it will be delivered on Monday, it was a important package I was waiting, so I didn’t even go out waiting, when it finally arrived, the box was open, as if it had been tossed around or kicked around.

Absolute garbage service, waiting on package for a week been getting the run around since, every day is a different explanation as to why I can’t get my own package which is effecting my job and losing me money! Delivery was never attempted GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE & service overall! I would give 0 stars if it was possible
