I think I gave this enough time to resolve itself considering the issue I have with Trevi dates back to October 2018.I ordered an insert. They come over to measure the opening of my fireplace. Turns out there is a delay to get the unit which is fine.They come to install it in late December. I can tell right away the unit is too big. They already install the chimney liner and then they decide to bring in the insert and try anyway without measuring, that is fine. I am not the one doing the heavy lifting. Well, it doesn't fit. Turns out the model changed and they didn't take the new dimensions into consideration. So my options are to get a mason to cut my fieldstone fireplace or order another unit that fits.For weeks I was trying to get Trevi to order me another unit that will fit. They tried selling me something that was totally different and didn't want to budge. So I went ahead and got a mason to come and cut the stone and I was told by Trevi that they would cover the cost. Which was about $1300.They come back to install the insert. There is a small gap on the side and install this flimsy trim that is poking out everywhere considering the fieldstone surrounding is not flat. I asked them to remove it and just center the unit in the opening and voila, no ugly trim required. They leave.I open the door and the unit is wobbling. It takes a couple of weeks to get the installer to come back. They come over with a crowbar and lift the unit from the faceplate and installed some washer under the faceplate. Yes the face plate and leave. Job well done as far as they are concerned.Now because they lifted the entire unit by the faceplate, the air damper lever is now bent and isn't sliding properly anymore.I am starting to get really fed up and also find this extremely comical on how incompetent these guys are. I get the Boss" to finally come over and says he will get some plates made to level the unit and will refund the charge for the mason. This is sometime I believe back in February.Still no news.....Avoid this place if you want a fireplace. Horrible service. They should stick to what they know."

Le service est bon, mais ils ne suivent pas les prix de Trévi. Ils sont beaucoup plus cher que ce qui est affiché sur le site du franchiseur.

Très déçu du service.Nous faisons pourtant affaire avec eux depuis plus de 4 ans. Employé qui échappe une paire de pince lors de l’ouverture de la piscine, ne prend pas la peine de la ramasser, cela provoque un dommage à la toile. Nous essayons depuis plusieurs semaines de faire venir quelqu’un et c’est délais après délais…

Très bon service. Le comis Marc-André Lallier nous a bien expliqué les différents produits pour bien nous guider dans notre choix pour notre achat de notre nouvelle piscine. Produits fait au Québec et Trévi est une entreprise québécoise.

Pas beaucoup de commis faut être patient

Adorée mon service personnel honnête on ne se sent pas forcer pour acheter quoi que se soit. Bon produit et de bonne qualité!

Contrairement à ce que j'avais lu, j'ai reçu un service impécable de la part de Trévi Granby. Après l'installation, Nous nous sommes aperçus qu'il y avait un manque au niveau de l'échelle de la piscine. Ils nous l'ont échangé sans problème. Le service après-vente est super. J'ai été me faire conseiller à quelques reprises et ils étaient toujours courtois.
