We booked our honeymoon through these guys just before covid , obviously it was cancelled and these guys did everything to recover my money and got back amount everything. . . .we rebooked for 6months later and when things didn't return to normal they gave me a refund. . . .I would usually book everything directly before our honeymoon but after seeing how good these people were I couldn't recommend enough

The staff are always very quick to respond and have great in-depth knowledge of a wide range of holiday types. They are excellent at working around a budget for specific destinations and offer good alternatives if problems crop up. They are alert to personal requirements and tastes.

We booked our Singapore and Australia trip with Louise and she was so professional and knowledgeable. She took time to find us the best dates and hotels and went through everything with us. We are really looking forward to our trip and know we are in safe hands with Trailfinders.

Just wanted to drop a note here to say how relieved I was in how trailfinders dealt with me recently during Covid re a booking. Managing the cancellation process was made as easy as possible, my money was refunded as promised and hopefully I’ll be back to book a trip soon! Many thanks to the team in the shop for sorting me!

Earl was brilliant to deal with when me and my sister were booking a multi-trip holiday. So kind and very easy to work with. He got us a great deal and we are very excited for our holiday. This was my first time booking with trailfinders and I will definitely be back for future excursions.
