The store manager rushed me out the door as they were closing, refusing to process my warranty items stating Because the manager isn't in right now" and "My husband has tools and they're in the toolbox all nice and shiny!'

When to get some landscaping supplies I've found the cheapest bag. I've ever found and thenice break that worked really real well. For what I need for client for happy to see that we had environmentally friendly options. We used the paper bags that they sell that way there's no plastic waste and everything to get picked up gets composed to probably people seem to like that.

The mechanics are great. The people at the auto desk need to have better communication with customers. I waited 8.5 hours for a 4.5 hour job, because mechanics were waiting on approval from me, but the desk people never told me that. They told me the mechanic couldn't find the part needed for my car. The people at the desk need to be better educated before informing customers.

Took two active school aged boys to get their hair cut with an appointment. No waiting. Great staff. Reasonable prices for a cut. And the boys were in and out in record time. Place is clean, fun decor and masculine.

Don’t go there for propane. They tell you to ring a buzzer and wait outside in the rain and cold. I’ve been here for 20 minutes and have asked 2 mechanics walking in and out of the building for help, and nobody seems interested in providing service to me. Total waste of my time.

I didn't want to share my experience at first. But on the other hand why not.Overall it wasn't too bad. I usually do not go to Canadian Tire, it is not my cup of tea sort of thing. In this case I knew what I wanted and was choosing between some hardware stores.I asked the associate to help me and she literally started to explore the choice of goods right then. So we both were looking at the shelves for the first time trying to figure out what was meant to be used for what.I thought ok, maybe this person just started to work there. But the situation repeated in the next department with the different associate.It is sad to realize that you are on your own. I could just order everything online somewhere if I would have known I got such a little help here. You kind of expect to save time because someone who is working in the store knows better, but it didn't happen.

Returned an item, clerk went out of her way to make sure I felt profiled. Did a return not using my card with no polite explanation.I understand that there is a lot of theft but it isn’t paying customers fault for that. I do not appreciate the complete lack of proper customer service.

Went there today to pick up some tires I ordered online. I was quoted a different price on the mobile app then what I was charged. Everyone at the automotive service department was super helpful, especially Candace. She worked diligently to resolve the issue and treated me very well! Hats off to everyone that helped me!

It was very good experience. I always take advantage of internet. Online pickup is the best thing you can do.You can just place an order before you leave your house and they will put in the locker and you can just put your code that you will receive in your mail box.It's very easy time saver thing. People spent hours to find one thing and buy 6 things. But this online pickup is really helpful. Everyone should do that.
