Such a pathetic service !I did two transactions on Dec 21, 2022 and today is Jan 2nd, 2023. However, the money hasn’t been received in recipients’ accounts. I followed up twice and was told it would be in the accounts by Dec 27th but it never happened as expected.I wont be using the service anymore, these guys want to hold the money to their fullest benefit and don’t care their customers neediness back home.I wish I could rate them no star but can't post my review without any star.Stay away from them !

Have been using their service for quite sometime now, the claim of getting your money to your loved ones in hours is totally fake. I think the management should be honest to tell that it takes 3-5 business days. Because your money is never delivered in 3-4 hours, it takes minimum 3-5 business days. This time I have done a transaction on 25 July so that my family could pay their utilities bill on time until now the money is not received. I think someone from management should look into it and address this swiftly

Overall a great experience. I always take my mom here when she has to transfer money back home Pakistan to her brothers and sisters. The front representatives are very patient and polite when they serve us. Its quick. We get our copy of receipts and they highlight it as well to indicate the reference. Were out of there as quick as we came. It's a small branch and not so spacious. I'd say having a few more chairs for those waiting could be something to consider. Especially for seniors that come and have to wait. Which is why I take my mom in the early or close to closing hours, where we expect little to no traffic. Other than that, great service!

I am sending money from glaxy international for long time it takes 2 to 3 days but this time I sent money on January 6 and today is January 17th in Pakistan money is not reached today I called glaxy international there is a message saying my account is suspended I called their other number same message then I called from other phone customer service said your now u can call from your phone then i called from my phone but same message when i called on friday they said money will b available on Monday now on Tuesday no money and today he said money will b available tomorrow morning lets see saved

Very hopless service. I sent money to Pakistan on 4th July, 2023 and it was not received to my receipient account untill 11th july. When contacted to the customer services they were not giving any satisfactory answer. I don't recommend this service to anyone. There are so many other services with much better service.

I have been using this service for about 20 years. It used to deliver money to the recipient in 2-4 days. For about 3-4 years, it took about 7-10 days. This time Dec 2022, it took about 18 days and I had to call the company twice to complain. The customer service is efficient and very courteous, and helpful.

Don't use there services, I am using its 3rd week they keep my money and didn't transfer yet... rotated money in there accounts and make interest. When asked reason said problem in Pakistani accounts, problem i am facing since March 2022 which is false statement. because other agencies transferring in Pakistani accounts with in 1-2days.

Very bad experience for last couple of times. They will hold customers transfer to use for themself in form of rate fluctuations. They cancel my transaction right after the rate went up and won't give a refund either. Will not use them again and will not recommend others. Every single brother has a different lie to tell why the transfer got cancelled and why the refund is taking longer.Can not post with out clicking on star. NO STARS.
