Spirit Halloween

If you're shopping for a young child, avoid this store. There are very scary animated mannequins around the entire entrance and a freaky talking doll talking about her mommy. We needed 2 things, a witches hat and broom for a young child....she was terrified. I had to carry her half the time. Then when she didn't want to go near the mannequins for the entrance to the line, we stood behind the only patrons at check out. During our time standing there, a couple entered the queue line and the cashier told me that they were next in line! After telling them that my daughter is too scared to pass the mannequins to get in the damned line, she served me! Never again will you see my business. First and last time

Prices are very expensive. Looking for a toddler custome was highly priced when comparable stores had them for much less. Will not shop here. Reccomend Amazon

Awesome place with great staff and a huge selection with reasonable pricing as well as generous coupon discounts..Tend to spend here every halloween not to mention the great display and animatronic setups that brings my daughter and I back just to see them. I recommend every year.

Amazing people Amazing store out going staff

Not a lot of selection compared to the web page. Anything they do have is very limited stock for sizing. Get in early if you want something decent or specific.Don't expect customer service either. Even when you ask the employees aren't sure of the correct answer. Downfall of pop up shops

Kind staff and quite a wide variety of costumes and other related things good for adults and for children prices are a bit high though besides prices being on the higher end it’s a great store.

Quality has dropped off over the years. I remember years ago you could get some good quality items like colored contacts and vampire teeth sets that only go on your canines. They are good if you want a cheap/poor quality costume . Their masks are their best items, but again I do feel quality has diminished.

Store was good but extremely expensive. 2 stars only because one of their staff made me feel I wasn't welcome at the store. I was followed to every possible aisle I was going into as if i were a theif. She made it look like she's making sure that customers in the very same aisle are getting help for what they were looking for but of course it is understandable why she was following me. Never visiting the store ever again.
