My mother went to get a cencer fixed on her car! They said it would take half hour to an hour,so she went outside to have a coffee and waited!! Car never moved from parking lot as she watched it!! Half hour later she got a call and said that they brought the car in and put it back on diagnostics machine and found another cencer needed to be fixed! And it would cost more!! And she told them she sat outside and the car didnt even leave the parking lot! They didnt even take it in to the shop!So she canceled it and left! What a scam! I will never go back there and either will she

Okay but odd experience.Appointment was for tires and to check the brakes was at 8 but I slept through my alarm. I woke and called them at around 8:15 apologizing and asked if they still had the time to do my car. They were very nice and said to bring it in because there was still time.It was just tires so I didn’t think it’d take long but I went to a friends to hang out. 5pm came around so I decided to call and ask. I was on hold for 20 mins and decided to hang up and try again in an hour, same thing happened. So I hung up and went in there at 7. I got there and they had changed the tires, missed looking at the brakes, and forgot to call me when done.They were super apologetic and kind but not sure I’ll try again, maybe lol

Initial excellent service in maintenance dept, but then got different info and for some reason automotive woman kept saying she" couldn't do an oil change if she didn't know the make of the car. But she wasn't the one doing the work!? And the initial woman told me it was fine if didn't know the make of the car (it's my mom's car). However
