I am truly astounded by the wonderful service!I was looking for a gift for my son's birthday who's somewhat of a chocolate connoisseur; and the staff at this place were so patient and knowledgeable with their products. He ended up loving the selection, especially the Dark Chocolate Spread! I bought it only a few days ago and we've already gone through the whole thing.Their chocolate gift box selection is also very expansive and I'm happy to see how many options they have, I went back today for little gifts for girlfriends and of course myself (LOL)

Lindt chocolate has been around since the 1800s. It's easy to see why! The fact that you can score samples and really, really good deals here makes it all the more sweet to visit. Great place to pick up inexpensive, high quality gifts for the important people in your life. Also, not too bad of a place to indulge yourself!

The chocolate is fabulous as always, but again the customer service is lacking. I had asked a staff member if they heard of Pistachio Lindt cause I seen it online and would love to get some if they had it in store (sold out online) she gave me the funniest glare and flicked her finger over to the individual chocolates and said it's over there". She seemed more interested in her conversation than helping customers out. Not impressed."

If this was the day prior, this place would have had a 5 star review. However, I came back the day after with my mom since I had a great experience and this time it was vastly different.The staff was rude. I walked in with my mom and she was trying to decide between a bag or a box. As she was deciding, the staff was pressuring her to hurry up and kept looking at her like she was going to steal something.After this, they kept speaking in a different language while staring my mom down. I felt like it was inappropriate and decided to speak to the manager. The manager didn’t even care at first and just brushed it off.My mom saw one of the staff take a chocolate that fell on the floor and put it back into the bin, which she told them was unsanitary. Again, more dirty looks.At checkout, we again told the manager about everything. This time she seemed more apologetic and gave a little free bag to “make it up”.Horrible experience which ruined my initial impression. They need training and possibly new workers. Very unsatisfied.

My favorite chocolate store in all over B.C. Best chocolate ever. The staff always brings the best flavor for tasting. Guess what they are having 30% off boxing day sale. I love their chocolate and I decided to get a whole bunch this time. Best gifts to add to the Christmas tree.

Worst experience ever! Went there with my family, I have two kids. Kids were choosing some chocolate. The employees thought the kids were stealing or something but I made sure I told my kids to put them back and was sure they didn’t take any. It was like only 1 or 2 that they even touched. The lady customer was whispering about us to the employees. Ever since then, all 3 employees were staring down on my whole family, even as we’re walking, still staring and pointing at us. I would’ve said something, but didn’t want my kids to witness it and ruined my only day off. I was a regular customer every time i visit the mall, but not anymore.
