I rarely post but the service was not up to par. 3 calls + 1 mail with detailed plans of project ... impossible to get a quote. But excuses were provided: mail in spam, leaving for the day & will prepare quote tomorrow and tomorrow doesn't read the mail and leaves a message with questions where the answers were in the mail! Feels like dog ate my homework. Then

We found the folks here gracious with their time and accountable till the end! We're building up in the Laurentians but Mondial met our needs in every way. Valerie, our sales rep, spoiled us. She's extremely patient and motivated. She's honest about products and their pros and cons. Frankly, she saved us a ton of regrets. Upon entering the shop, young David on the main floor is affable and courteous. Mondial's team has proven to be responsible, and its management reliable. They're well-disposed if you need them. We went in contemplating ceramic, but it became a one-stop shop for our plumbing and counters. I've already referred them to friends and colleagues. Till we meet again, Mondial. Excellent customer service. We were walking around the showroom and the associate came to greet us and ask if we needed help. After explaining our project, he offered to do a quote for us, with no pressure of buying anything. Honest price and recommandations according to what we want/need, and not trying to sell us more expensive items.

It’s not enough to just have a good product!The service was very bad, there was unwarranted delay, and a poor communication with customer.
