Dr is good, saw her a few months back.Receptionist not so much. They will never answer the call. Called her 4 times - No answer.Outside the clinic, it says - By appointment only.When you call to book appointment, NO ANSWER.I went in person, stood outside the clinic as the door was locked. I could see the Receptionist, we had eye contact, I knocked a few times, still no response from Receptionist, who was clearly being rude and ignoring us.I understand if they are busy or on a call, but could still wave, hand gesture, say something for the person who's standing outside with the baby and looking into your eyes to get some attention/response. Walked off in the end.Totally ridiculous.

I wanted to put 0 star, but its not possible. I went there with my child who was crying in pain. The receptionist immediately refused and told that you may go, we don't see walk-in patients. I believe humanity and humility is long gone.

Staff and doctor are excellent

Dr. kanwal is good doctor but her receptionist are very bad and racist. They never answer the phone. They let you sit in the room and let other people go first.

Dr. Kanwal is by far the best paediatrician I have ever came across. My kids are under her care from past 8 years and I wouldn’t change her for anything. She is so knowledgeable and amazing with kids. Front desk lady is very nice and helpful too. Love the doctor and office. No matter how stressed I go with my kids to get them checked, I always come so happy and relieved immediately. She is the best!!!!!
