For starters, the studio is gorgeous and impeccably clean. The surroundings make you feel like you are treating yourself to a high-end experience, and the service even more so. Erin has been my hair dresser for over ten years. She listens to what you want, offers her expert advice and is lovely to spend a couple hours with. I always leave feeling beautiful. I have also received micro-blading services from Rose. She is a perfectionist, very skilled, makes you feel very comfortable with the process and is also an overall lovely human. I would highly recommend Victoria Rose Cosmetic - they are experienced and passionate about what they do!

I can’t recommend Victoria Rose Cosmetic enough! Rose does my cosmetic tattooing with such skill and professionalism while keeping things casual and friendly. She really takes her time and allows the process to be collaborative, it is a tattoo on your face after all. I'm an esthetician myself and can recognize her artistry. Rose is serious about proper before and after care and makes sure her clients are fully educated and prepared for the best outcomes.

Erin won me over when she did an amazing job on my daughter's hair. She is a talented colorist, wonderful stylist and a sweet person to spend a couple of hours with. The salon is also very nice and all the staff are welcoming. I wouldn't go any where else!

I took Rose's eyebrow tattooing course and I was so impressed with both her talent as a cosmetic tattoo artist and her ability to teach her skills. Rose has such a calm, friendly, and professional presence both while teaching and with clients, and her studio is very clean and welcoming. Her course provides much more in-depth theory and practice than I've seen a lot of other courses offer, and it's a super reasonable price for the amount of training you get. I learned so much from her and she made me feel empowered to start my own business, and I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone I know. Thanks Rose!

Beautiful studio, beautiful staff! I see Heather for my hair and Bree for my nails and I always leave there feeling like a more beautiful version of myself. Not only is the location nicely situated and furnished but even with all the COVID restrictions it still feels comfortable and welcoming. I really enjoy the time I get to spend here getting pampered by Heather and Bree and the knowledge and experience that both of them bring to the space. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Professional, excellent communicator and takes time to understand what you and your hair needs.Heather came highly recommended to me by another stylist after I moved to Victoria, and was looking for someone who knew their way around a head of curly hair. I booked a cut and then the pandemic hit. The way it was handled, the communication, rebooking, and the related process was top notch as well as their approach to reopening once it was safe to do so.I feel safe going there and know that they all care about the shared space and approach with the public.Cannot recommend them enough. I just love all my dealings with Victoria Rose Cosmetics. Erin is my stylist and always takes the time to listen, and to know what I want. I always leave there with a smile on my face. I have also had a Little Black Tat done by Rose. It was my first time and Rose is so professional and made sure I understood the process and felt comfortable. Her attention to detail is amazing. Heather has been doing my hair for years!:) She is a skilled stylist and colourist with great suggestions, but also really listens to clients. Over the years I have referred a lot of friends and family to her, and everyone is always very happy. I have also received services from Rose, who did an amazing job of giving me back eyebrows after cancer treatment!! The salon is clean and bright. As the salon is smaller, it has a less hectic pace compared to some of the larger establishments, resulting in a relaxed, calm, but professional setting. Thank you Victoria Rose Cosmetic!
