Vets are always patient and kind with our very nervous (but calm) cat and take the time to explain and discuss treatments. VCA taking over hasn't been amazing in terms of reduced hours and increased costs but a kind vet that we trust is worth it's weight in gold so we stick around.

The quality of care our dog gets from the amazing Doctor Justin Guay as well as the lovely Patty and team of Registered Vet Technicians is incredible. I cannot say enough good things about the care they give Tango. From the moment we bring her to the office to the follow up after she's done, we truly feel like they care about her well being and give her the personalized care that is so rare to see. Thank you thank you thank you for taking such good care of our dog and giving us the piece of mind knowing she's in good hands.

Dr O'Reilly is absolutely awesome and everyone at this clinic is committed to animal health and doing the right thing. The staff is very attentive, One can tell Dr O'Reilly is very experienced and passionate about animals. She and the staff went above and beyond making my cats comfortable and healthy.

My wife and I were beyond impressed with Dr O'Reilly and all the staff's care and attention. We got a little puppy and we had lots of questions. She made sure she answered each question thoroughly, backing his answers with research evidence. Would highly recommend this facility.

I was so impressed with everyone at Usher Animal Hospital today. From the receptionist to the vet and assistants, they were so helpful, polite, funny and were determined to help me not spend too much money which I didn't think existed! Can't say enough about my experience today. I'm sure my cat would disagree ;) I have read other reviews of the receptionist being rude and I'm pretty sure I know which one they are talking about but the one on today was fantastic. Thanks for making the dreaded vet experience so much more enjoyable!

My wife and I absolutely love this clinic. The technicians are such wonderful people and they take such great care of our kitty every time we visit. The vets are knowledgeable, compassionate and caring as well. The rates are reasonable for Toronto, and they are generous with their time at each appointment. Also— they trim out beast’s nails for free, anytime we want! The thought process is that it will foster a relationship with the staff and the familiarity with the office’s surroundings, making future visits less stressful for the cat. This pic is from a Christmas canned-good drive, complimentary photos with Santa with pet food donations!! A+++

I brought my rescue dog Stella to Usher yesterday and had the best experience. Dr. O’Reilly was very knowledgeable and informative and caring! She took the limited health history given to us by the rescue and helped me understand and plan for what Stella needs in the next few months. I really appreciate the patience they had for me and Stella. We will definitely continue to seek care at Usher!

Usher Animal Hospital was recommended to me by a friend when my cat was ill and in need of a vet. The staff went out of their way to schedule us in asap and made a scary situation much less stressful. The care and compassion demonstrated by the staff here is remarkable. I would like to acknowledge the superior care provided by Dr. O'Reilly and the vet techs who helped us that day. Dr. O'Reilly made sure to follow up when she said she would - it is obvious how much she cares for animals and their human parents! A million thanks for doing what you do.

I'm so glad that I was able to find this vet!Since I moved to Toronto it was quite a challenge to find a good clinic.However the moment I went to VCA Canada Usher I knew that I had found professional that I could trust.They genuinely care about your pet - and even with some language barriers (my English is not the best) they take their time to explain you all and make you comfortable.My dog and I could not be happier!
