Define Hair Design

I had my hair done at Define for the first time today. I had the wonderful fortune to have Savannah to my full highlights and I just have to say I am no longer looking for a stylist or salon. Her personality is outstanding and only upstaged by her talent. The Owner Lyndsy and all the staff are very welcoming and warm. Thank you Savannah!!!

I’ve had such fabulous experiences each time I’ve been to this salon. The aesthetics of the salon are so nice, just all around good vibes. Lindsay knows her blondes and I leave her chair obsessed with my colour every time. Brooklyn did my hair for a wedding and I got so many compliments! It looked so good! I definitely recommend Define Hair Design and Spa!

My haircut was exactly what I wanted when I came however my whole experience was disappointing by the end as my stylist said she didn’t have time to finish styling my hair since her next client arrived and didn’t wanna leave her waiting. I felt that’s a very unprofessional way to handle that situation as she asked her colleague to finish my hair but she still had a client so then I’d be the one left waiting. I’m not sure if this happens often, but I did emphasize the length of my hair when booking so there would be enough time for me to get what I needed done. It was a major let down since leaving with a nice style is one of the best parts for me.

Writing this review in regards to this salon. The owner is very sweet but the stylist I had at first was nice. But I found her to have lack out attention. Scrambling around, just can’t wait to get you out. No a social person hides in back. Sprayed water on me. Didn’t finish the colour on my roots properly. I would say her name on here, but do to respect for the owner I won’t . Do your research and find a better place

I've received lots of love from strangers, friends, and families, and I want to send it back to the world. Hopefully the small thing I did could help someone restore their confidence and hope.Thank you Define Hair Design & Spa helped me finish the hair cut for the donation; I appreciate it. I also did my hair perm after the hair cut.The coworkers are welcoming, warm, patience, and I felt comfortable with my hairstylist. Even though my hair perm wasn't affected at the beginning, they helped me fix it :)

Had a wonderful experience here today with Savannah. She was a ray of sunshine. I have been looking for a local salon for four years and have been travelling back to my hometown instead after some failed attempts. I felt comfortable at this salon, very low key and the stylists felt friendly and down to earth. Very happy with my experience. Three years of searching and I'm not sure why this salon never came up until now, I hope this helps boost their Google cred!

My stylist for almost the last 30 years retired last year. Went to a stylist who only bad mouthed what my previous stylist had done. I tried Define Hair Design because a work mate recommended them.Love, love, Love!!!!!! Erin is fantastic!!!., today was my third visit. From the moment you enter to when you leave, couldn't be happier.

I flew in from Cali to attend my brother’s wedding and booked hair appointments for both my Mom and I. From checking in to consultation and doing our hair - our whole experience was spectacular. Being a South Asian wedding, we both had traditional jewelry we needed pinned in our hair and the staff was able to do it perfectly. The hair products available at Define are what the best salons carry here in LA. I grew up in Burlington and was so happy to see a salon available that gives the same quality, even better than what I’ve experienced in big cities at great prices. I highly recommend this salon and will be visiting them every time I’m in Burlington for all my hair needs.

I’ve only been at this place a few times and I keep continuing to come back because of the excellent service! Savannah goes above and beyond for all her clients and it’s clear she has talent. Thank you Savannah and the Define Hair Design team for making every transformation the most comfortable and cozy sessions.

I’ve gone to Lindsay for years and she’s always been fabulous. We just hired her team for our wedding, and WOW! All of our hair and makeup looked better than we could have imagined, and they made the entire getting ready process so fun. 10/10!!!
