Gabriel is amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and super fast at assembling a stroller. He was very helpful and patient with us.

This is the first time I experience this level of service at a store in Vancouver. Since the beginning the cashiers gave us a warm welcome. After that, I had a lot of questions about strollers and Kelsie was able to assist my and my husband with all our questions. Thanks so much for creating this work environment and culture among your employees!

Does not accept visa gift cards, which in my mind is a common gift at a shower or birthday. Stock is inaccurate and unreliable. There is one floor worker that look like she is in constant misery and if she graces you with her presence you quickly realize her attitude is worse than the expressions on her face. Listen up, if a customer asks you a question, turning around and grunting to what I assume is to follow you is not an appropriate response. I'm sorry if you don't like your job, quit. This store needs to hurry up and close or go out of business.... oh wait, the store front doors are broken and from what look like an era of post modern futuristic bomb shelter design. In general the store is run down and upon entering almost has a bargain store value-village feel.Some of the staff are exceptional, great help and able to help, but the combined factors of the many experiences I have had here can not bring this lead balloon up from the bottom of the ocean where it should stay hidden.Baby's World across the street, knowledgeable and friendly. Newly renovated and always a pleasant experience. Buy Buy Baby blows this place out of the water. Even the used baby store is friendly and a better experience.close your doors. seriously

Iwas gifted a travel stroller system in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and when my little one arrived I realized the stroller was not what I expected it to be. The management team was very understanding to my situation and returned my opened product in exchange for a travel system that worked for me and my little one. I gave her all the information over the phone and my husband went in to make the swap. We really appreciate kind customer service they offered during this time. Thank you

I wish I can give them 6 stars! Thank you so much Inder, Tammy and Sunita( manager ) for the amazing help today! I was looking for a light weight stroller For my 10 month old. Inder spent an hour with me helping me test various models- she wee as knowledgeable about the products and so patient and positive. At one point Tammy and supervisor Sunita also joined in to help. There was an open box returned stroller that they all helped to assemble for me. They were so kind and really cared about helping me find the best product for my baby. I can’t remember the last time I encountered this level of customer service . Thank you! ( I also got an amazing deal on the stroller)

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR SEATS HERE. THEY ARE USED!!I am a current employee (name fake for obvious reasons). Customers will return USED car seats here and then the company makes us put them out and sell as if they were new - and we tell the customer that's buying them that they're new. Even if you receive a car seat that's been 'sealed', we have the tools to re-seal them to make them look new.This is not only illegal, but is a huge safety risk. I don't know if other Babies R Us store locations do this but the Coquitlam one does and it is absolutely horrid. I can't do anything about it as an employee, but I can warn you so you don't buy from here.Do not trust the employees or managers if you question this review and they tell you different - we are told to lie to your face or we will lose our jobs. But this is a huge ethical issue. I always recommend shopping at our competitor's instead because this is just horrific and so unsafe - and unsanitary, too!DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR SEATS HERE - INFANT, CONVERTIBLE, OR BOOSTER! (The most common ones that get returned and put back up for sale are Graco, Britax, Chicco branded car seats).

I had a wonderful experience at this location. My daughter had received a birthday gift that was defective but we did not have a receipt. Jaewon was very helpful and professional in letting us do an exchange. We left the store extremely happy. This is always our favourite location.

Worst customer service ever. Since I had my baby , I went there several times to purchase different items and each time either there were no one available to help or they didn’t treat me well. Last time I was trying to buy a carseat and employees were so careless and I had to wait for a long time with a crying baby. The employees are all 50+ years old and hate customers and try to ignore you. I just prefer to order online. Today I called to see if a specific item is available and they hang up on me. So disrespectful.

I had the most satisfying experience with your customer service representative (Peggy). She is always so friendly, professional and helpful. She is so knowledgeable of all the products in the store and always eager to serve customers with her cheerful and polite personalities.Peggy is my go to staff when I bring my three kids to ToysRUs Coquitlam. Peggy always knows the perfect toys to recommend for them and to their friends for birthday gifts.I love shopping at this store because of the excellent service I receive from Peggy.Thank you so much.Maria

Kelsie (sales associate) and Sunita (supervisor) gave us amazing customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable with the baby products! We signed up for their baby register program and received a free swag-bag of various baby items.My only complaint is that their phone number doesn't work. When you dial their phone and press 3 for Babies R Us, I receive an error message, and the call is disconnected. Otherwise, 4/5 stars.
