James and Michael provided superb service by handling all of our needs at our rental property. They fixed a few issues, including replacing a bathroom fan and adding a motion sensing light to the master bedroom closet, as well as added baseboard heating to the ground floor suite. We and our tenants are extremely satisfied with their work and their professional attitude.

James and Michael were super responsive and were very professional in both explaining the work needed to be performed and the different options available. They were understanding, patient and knowledgeable with the many questions asked and provided us with a more than reasonably quote. James and Michael were extremely efficient and professional executing a complex job involving other contractors. I even overheard another (older, seasoned) contractor say their work was really nicely done and add that he normally didn’t give compliments. All city inspections went smoothly and quickly. I will definitely use them again.
