Selection and sales are amazing, name brands on point. But, The Bay has no sales people on the floor any more, l was ready to drop a lot of money on some shoes and boots, there was no one at the cash, no one to get the shoes, to try them on. Left with none. The perfume department was worse, stood at the Mac counter, no one there, again put everything back and left. Tried on some outfits, the changing room attendants were very unfriendly. So disappointed with The Bay.

What I love about La Baie d'Hudson is that you can always find great items there, but ouff the mess there was on Dec 23rd was unbelievable, especially as it was not busy there at all. They did not hire enough staff, especially during the holidays. And then, of course, the staff that they do have there seems very unpleasant.

If i can give 0 stars, i would. The service is horrible, i found a winter coat that I really like and the price tag wasn’t on it. I asked multiple workers for help but one sends me to the other and the other send me to the other. Anyway I spent over 1 hour to only find a price for the coat and at the end they told me to leave my phone number and that they’ll call me back when they will find the price. So BIG waste of time and effort, as I said very bad services would not recommend to shop there.

Great variety of quality products, however some of the clothing can be on the pricey side.Nice selection of watches: Tissot, Seiko, Citizen, Timex, and some fashion watch brands like Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Armani.
