I went to Rogers on April 2, 2023 with my mother. While I value that they take security very seriously, my mother was accused of being untruthful. She has been with Rogers for over 20 years. We both love dealing with rogers over the phone and find their customer service wonderful but anytime we have attended this location, we have several issues and normally deal with extremely rude staff. I did not find the customer service appealing nor helpful.I'm very thankful I can deal with other supportive companies in the Mapleview mall that have their customers needs at the forefront.

George was extremely helpful and made an otherwise boring process, fun. He is a very genuine person and will make sure you leave with no questions. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a phone, go see George at Mapleview!

George. Pathetic person. Wanted to get accessory. He refferred me to private kiosk. Probably getting commissions from the private kiosk owner. He never gave me receipt. Hence didnot buy from him too.Rather got it from wirelesswave. Anjali was great person. She also told not to buy from Rogers

I had a great customer service experience today, thanks to George. I wanted to upgrade my phone & he provided great knowledge, information & understanding. He assured me all information on my existing phone would be saved & transferred to my new phone (✅) & I received some added perks with my new upgrade which will be beneficial. I chose this Rogers location because of the good reviews I had read about George; these reviews were accurate. It was a pleasure working with George; thanks for your help & expertise.

The Rogers @ Mapleview Location exceeded my expectations. The level of customer service and care made them stand out from other locations that I have visited. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable, the gentleman that assisted us George Went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I left the store feeling like I was a valued customer.

The service was fantastic. Ordered a new phone through Upfront Edge and was said to wait for 4+ weeks for it to be delivered. Fortunately, they already had this device here and really helped me to get it, by putting so much effort. Very polite and friendly workers. Thank you very much!

They don’t give you correct information and slip in hidden charges that you only discover later. The Manageress is unhelpful and becomes rude and abrupt. Rogers should change staff there for people with helpful attitude who are honest and upfront.
