Lignum Honey
So I wanted to wait until trying all the Honeys before I jumped ahead and wrote this. Now after having all the Honeys in the line up - Logwood, Ginger, Mango, Blue Mountain Coffee, and Scotch Bonnet Pepper - I can truly say this is a superior product. I've never had honey like this...Ever. So much flavour, all the aromas, the ability to pair them with SO MANY foods! I Love it! I BBQ a lot and let me tell you, when I glazed my Salmon off the grill with the Ginger Honey OoOoooOOHHHhh!!! (Photo) so damn good! The Blue Mountain Coffee pairs so well with fresh cut fruits! The Logwood in my tea rather than using sugar! Next time you're having a pizza, drizzle the Scotch Bonnet Pepper on it, it'll change your life!!! And finally the Mango, oh the delicious flavour of the Mango, I have to hide that one, its only for ME! And to learn about all the health benefits is a huge added bonus. Do yourself a favour and give at least one of these a try. If you're not a big honey user maybe start with the Logwood, but I can assure you it doesn't matter which one you try, you'll never go back to regular" honey again."

This honey is so delicious my favourites are the scotch bonnet honey, mongo blossom and the ginger honey. They are so versatile in recipes and delicious on their own.
