I visited the shop one day, looking for an upgrade from my beginner Yamaha. Dave showed me some options on an all solid wood acoustic guitar and after a few days I decided on the Alvarez MD70BG. An amazing sounding guitar. The purchase process was painless and Dave was super helpful. Always happy to support a local shop.

I'm very happy with my purchase from mingos! I was not entirely confident at first as this why my first purchase made on a guitar before I had even laid my hands on it. However I adore the stratocaster I bought, it's an incredible guitar and customer service is amazing, the whole team made the buying experience just as pleasurable as long and mcquade. (But with better prices)Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I put an instrument in for repair beginning September 2022. I said I diddnt want to wait forever...I went and picked it up on 12 Jan 23 because they still has no estimated time to complete the work required.I called multiple times over the months and was always told they would return my calls and never did. Before Christmas it was the one he was working on and over a month later still nothing done to it.Prices are also inflated on strings. Drastically I might addWill not shop again and will advise others to spend there money somewhere else.

This is what local business is all about. Excellent service. If you want to get in and out quick, no problem. If you have questions, they never make it feel like you're being a bother, or like you're being rushed out the door. They give you all the time you need to pick their brains. Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. I cannot emphasize enough what an overall pleasant experience it is to shop here.

Went in today looking for a snare weight, and support a local business. I tried to explain to the guy working what it was and he sacastically and rudely said yeah it's called a wallet. I was going to buy the weight and a splash cymbal and sticks. but because of his poor customer service I bought nothing!! I just took my wallet outta there and placed it on my snare. Well not be returning
