Walked over from the Hilton (about a 20min walk) and found it to be a decent little hang out. The staff was mostly friendly but seemed to be training a new front desk person. The place in general has a cool layout but could be a bit more clean…dust l and cobwebs in areas that clearly aren’t used… would we go back again, probably not but decent to check out once.

Absolutely love this place. Our 1 year old and 2 5 year olds had a blast. Very creative and sparks imaginative play and encouraged us adults to join in the creativity with them. Highly recommend for something to do kids aged 3-10 (+/-).

Avoid the cafe at all costs!The people working at the Cafe were all low IQ and completely lost. There was 5 staff working and only 3 customers. They were all lost and confused. No eye contact with customers, no smile. All 5 were lost and didn't know what they were doing. It took them 20 minutes to prepare a slice of cheese pizza. And then another 10 minutes to make a coffee. Coffee tasted stale and the cheese pizza slice was totaly overcooked. If the prices are double then service should be at least somewhat OK. Waste of time and money

It was amazing for my daughter. We were here once but it was an amazing experience both for me and for my daughter. I highly recommend if you want to have an evening or afternoon with kids. Kids love this place as they can play with lots of toys and places built for their size. From fire station to dentist office or super market.

The place was amazing. The kids had a great time. The cute little city was a very nice concept. My toddler had fun playing pretend chef, cashier, firefighter, etc.The party room was a decent size but it would have been nicer if the package would not be just 2hrs.

This is a really cool place for kids and parents to chill while kids play safely in a clean environment.Take a look at the pictures of the variety of locations they have inside the playground! I also post the price of the food menu (which is much more reasonable than any other place we have been except the pizza slice - $7!?) staff is very attentive and helping out with any of your issues. Jerry was a great help for us! Thanks again for solving issues with machine and answering the questions we have.Bathrooms are clean and accessible for kids to use with adult supervision. I’d highly recommend this place for any events you have in mind whether it’s a single play or kids’ party!There are also special events they run which someone should check it out!!!

A very good pretend play place for kids over 2 years and very stable on their feet already - not for younger kids.My kid loved this place, though he still was a bit too small for the two storied play jungle, he was excited with all the other pretend play areas all around.The cafe has decent options for both kids and adults, the private rooms a bit on tge smaller side for any parties with more than 10 people in the group.Would have given this place a 5* if only all the other rides inside were not coin operated - after paying 25$ for entry, I really don’t understand the need to pop in a loonie for a minute ride in the 3-horse carousel, or the car etc - increase the admission by 5$ and make these rides free for everyone - all the kids and the parents will appreciate it!

We all had so much fun! We met Jerry, who is so fantastic!! And Francesca went above and beyond catering to the boys! This was only our second time here... the boys can't wait till we come back again!

This place is amazing we went there, and there was a bunch for school kids there already. They have a huge slide, which is quite fast and the kids love it. They have small stations/ rooms where the kids could explore different careers. Firefighter, dentist, news reporter, vet, nail saloon, grocery store, 911 and a jail, fresh slice pizza eating place, gas station, airplane, school, theatre, hospital, and a couple more... The kids had an awesome time there, going from one station to another, and some were driving around the small police cars which u have to use your feet to move forward. I would recommend this place anytime. It's awesome for younger kids, not so much for the older ones.
