The staff is amazing! They have gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion within the last year. They uphold their deals and commitments. They tracked down the specific items I wanted, which were in great shape, and kept me updated the whole time! Plus, they let me reschedule my delivery date by over a week. I am very pleased with their service, I will be a returning customer and I recommend this location to anyone looking to rent to own.

They were friendly, efficient and knew their job. The only down side was I had to wait until Monday for my new laundry set to be delivered. This was unfortunate as they do not deliver on weekends.

My experience with easy home has always been great! The employees are very friendly and are quick to answer any of your questions. A lady named Michelle (working at the Woodstock store) was the one who helped me choose my furniture and she was so kind and very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
