Vallari Decor

I arranged a pick up order and was in regular communications with Sonia during the day. She knew we were arriving around 6pm and had agreed. Arriving at 6pm, and after knocking and ringing, waiting around for 10 min., no one was there.(time stamped text). The next morning she said 'sorry, we leave right at 6pm'. I was stunned. After driving across the city for an arranged time, she didnt have the courtesy take a few minutes for a customer that she KNEW was on route for that time. Speaks volumes. She doesnt feel she was in the wrong and seemingly could not care less. What can I say. Some ppl are lousy business owners.***there was absolutely no name calling or rudeness. Sad to see such immature response from the owner.

Got my small gold stand here, it was exactly as described in the photos. All info was clear before picking up before hand except that you will need a screw driver specifically (i have the screw driver kit from Ikea) otherwise It was packed nicely in a box.

This garland is perfect! Looks super realistic and didn't shed a single 'needle' when removed from the box. Arrived very quickly. Sonia was very responsive and helpful when I had questions about my order. Will likely order additional garlands - this is much nicer than anything I currently have in my collection of Christmas decorations. Worth every penny!

I purchased 4 stems of 55” pampas grass. I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. They were responsive, the communication regarding pick up and the pick up itself was quick and organized. The instructions were clear on how to care for my product and the product itself is beautiful. Their prices are very competitive and the quality is great.

We found Vallari decor while searching for pink feather centrepieces for an event this past weekend. Sonia was super responsive and accommodating with all of our requests and delivered on exactly what we wanted. The feathers are really good quality and the perfect colour.

Got a pack of 6 Pampas grass. Looks great in my room and was super affordable. Easy and safe handoff and such great customer service.

I purchased the pampas grass round wreath and think it is great! Monica was wonderful with communicating updates about my order, and was very accommodating with my pick up date. The wreath is perfect for hanging above my bed and is exactly what I was looking for.The reason I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars is due to details in the item. The gold hoop used is slightly bent out of shape and the paint is a little uneven. But you cannot notice them from farther away. These reasons are not enough me to to dislike the item. I still recommend Vallarta Decor!
