Good day Team,Hope all is well. I want to make a formal complain about one customer service employee of “URBAN KIDS” that’s located in shoppers world Brampton. She was extremely rude with me for no reason. That’s a proof they don’t like people like us and they treat us like we have no value. I am very upset rite now and cried a lot that this is not the way to treat customers if customer is sorry that she sat on their expensive wood tables. She said if you want to sit then go out there are chairs to sit. I write whole story in complaint form and sent to management also. That was the worst worst worst service I’ve ever experienced and will never go to that store again. We left the stuff over there that we were about to buy for an Eid event that’s tomorrow “Just because of her”. I request urban kids manager, If you check cameras of that store you can see I stood up right away and said “oh I’m sorry” when she said you can’t sit on table. But she didn’t stopped as I’ve done a huge mistake. She said “can’t you see this is a table not a chair?”. I said I know this is not a chair but you don’t need to be so rude with me. She said then why did you sit. I said you are an employee of this place and don’t have any right to talk to me like this. Now we are not going to buy anything. And she said ok then go and kept saying “byeeeee byeeeee byeeeee until we left the store. I was so shocked and went out. But then I realize she must be doing this other customers and decided to go back and asked for her name. She and her other colleagues refused to gave her name, and on top she hide her name card. Who says to the customer “can’t you see this is not a chair”?????? I’m also a customer service agent in a big company and they always teach us don’t say anything even if customer is wrong. But I don’t like treat customer service agents like this and don’t allow any agent to treat me like this. I’ve already sent this email and complaint. I didn’t wanted to give even 1 star but I had to, because without giving any start this site doesn’t allow to post any review.Form copy to shoppers world management. Plz review my request.Thank you

Good store, staff was very helpful and friendly . I didn't know anything about babies ,got 2 tops for my cousins baby shower only 10$ as they had a sale

Great place to shop for kids

All of the co-workers here are not welcoming at all… they all talk to each other while standing together and do not assist customers. Alot of yelling and disrespect between co-workers this store needs better assistant managers DM needs to visit often
