The Pampered Pooch Retreat

Pampered Pooch has been a part of our family for over 10 years. Laura and Bill treat our Bella like one of their own . It truly is a spa like feel, sometimes I’m a little envious that I can’t stay.Thank you Pampered Pooch for sharing your little piece of heaven with us . XX

The Pampered Pooch is truly a wonderful experience for both pet owners and their pets.For pet owners, it's a resounding 'NO WORRY VACATION/TRIP' just knowing that Laura's special loving, exceptional caring and pampering is being given to your pet.Upon our many returns to Laura's, to drop-off our little cockapoo Golda, the minute we pass the corner restaurant and turn the corner, Golda immediately becomes ecstatic and cries until we reach The Pampered Pooch. By then, she's frantically yelping in such delight, and goes crazy trying to get out of the van. Once we open the van door, she races like a maniac towards Laura & almost weeps upon being cuddled by Laura. Golda just can't get enough of Laura......and urgh.........well........I just become like chicken liver........like, really Golda..........really!!!So, clearly, not only do we get our vacation 'WORRY-FREE' but Golda gets a wonderful vacation too.There's no other pet retreat like The Pampered Pooch! It's a one of a kind, very special pet retreat experience. Such serenity and calmness.Can't thank Laura and Bill, her husband enough!Mona & Jim

I never give 5 star ratings...but for Laura and Bill and their boarding kennel The Pampered Pooch I just had to!My dogs Bannock and Trip wouldn’t let me give anything less!First, WE Visited their kennel...Clean, bright, atomized to smell incredibly calming, great dog spaces indoors and a fabulous grassy dog run, well organized, professional...and yet so, so SO cozy! I could tell the dogs were comfortable right off the bat!Second, they made sure I took good care of my pups health so they could take care of my pups health! 5 stars!Third, Laura knew I was wreck about leaving them...so what did she do? she emailed me every couple of days with an update and photos! Thank you Laura! 5 stars!And lastly, the proof is in the pudding....My dogs have no problem going back and neither do I....my pups and I are always so happy to see Bill and Laura...and I am so grateful for their excellent and loving care!

We have used Pampered Pooch since moving to Cornwall, almost four years ago. We have always been very happy with the service provided. Our dog bounds out of the car each and everytime we drop him off, and races towards Laura. Dogs are given plenty of socialization with other dogs and are walked twice a day. The kennel itself is very clean and organized. Each kennel has a raised bed so your pet is not sleeping directly on the floor. It's a relief to leave your pet with Laura because you know it'll be receiving great care!

For the past few years now, I have been leaving my dogs in the wonderful care of Laura at Pampered Pooch. I feel fully confident that they will enjoy their stay there. I highly recommended Pampered Pooch Retreat.

It's an amazing retreat for your pet. You will be hard pressed to find anything better and at a cost that is so nice to your wallet. Clean environment, lots of space in each of the rooms, easy listening music playing in the background, keeping your pet soothed and content.... You would want to stay there.A retreat you wouldn't have to give a second thought to. You can relax while your pet relaxes

Thank you Laura and BillWe had the priviliege of using the boarding service at Pampered pooch retreat.Our 5 month old boxer, Jojo had an amazing first experience of being away from her owners and in a boarding service. We certainly hit the jackpot. Jojo had fun, was tired out and was given plenty of attention. Also, the facility is spotless and the park was perfect for our fur baby.We highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding service to callPampered pooch retreat. Thor is a 1 1/2 year old Chorkie and Yuda is a 7 month old chihuahua. I was super nervous about going away and leaving our fur babies for the first time. Laura was very receptive to my concerns and quickly put me at ease. The babies and I went for a morning meet and greet to feel things out. From the moment I met Laura and stepped foot in their beautiful, clean and spacious facility, I knew we were at the right place! While we were away, Laura sent updates and picture of our babies having loads of fun in the play area. This certainly eased my mind and made this first experience much easier than I expected. Thor and Yuda enjoyed their holiday and it was obvious when I picked them up that they had developed a love for Laura and what will certainly become their holiday spot! .....I was a bit nervous when my humans dropped me off at Pampered Pooch, but I was quickly put at ease with my 'new' human friends Laura and Bill. They played with me lots which is what I love most; they fed me and made me feel welcomed. I had a clean, cozy sleeping place where I felt safe warm, and secure.and where I could get up and stretch out anytime. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much!Love, from Taz

My pooch Frisbee is always in very safe hands during his time in Laura's care, she even sent me pictures of him while I was away! For anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable host to accommodate their four-legged friend, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pampered Pooch Retreat & Grooming!
